What should be done with young students who attract attention through improper behavior? The principal of Fredsburg College has his own theory and the appropriate program for rehabilitating these young men: as part of the “Work it!” Program, the young men are placed as interns in various companies in the city. Here, experienced men help them to find their way back onto the right path.
Follow one of the program participants, Darragh, through his work week and learn how experienced men help a young man along.
