Fixes:
- fixed critical bug where if you save at a certain point and return to the game after unlocking the first boss fight in Chapter 2, the boss would not appear and you would be locked from further progression in the dungeon
- fixed bug where loading different saves during the platformer game could cause a jump in chapters
NOTE: These bug fixes can potentially lead to some odd behaviour when you load into an older save where you're in your apartment in London. It usually fixes itself when you go back a couple scenes (use the left arrow in the bottom controls to "rollback")(Note: switched to a single 0.9 version number as all chapters are completed now and the game is being finished soon)
