Most of these are pretty self explanatory, however the one that is perhaps the most useful is the attack speed buff. Whenever Serika uses her EX Skill she gets an extra attack and reload action for a set amount of turns. This is represented by the red action arrow, as you are not allowed to move with these attack actions.
Shiroko also has a 20% chance to also get an attack speed buff any time she attacks thanks to her sub skill!Bug fixes:
