City of Broken Dreamers

Los Angeles, 2042. A city ruled by corporations. A city ruled by the elite.
A city that exemplifies the best and worst of the American Dream.
Millions live their lives in almost blissful ignorance of the excesses of the rich, or the degradation of the poor. Executives hold more power than politicians, the police hold less power than corporate mercenaries.
You are one of those mercenaries, one of the best, and elite tier called Ghosts… but you haven’t taken a job in months. That is about to change.
Elsewhere in the city, a young girl is about to become the center of a conflict that could tear the city apart.
As you track her down you’ll have allies and enemies, others like you who have been used by the city and spit out. Who will you trust? Who can you afford to?
Each of them has their own dreams, their own motivations, each is broken in their own way. All of it will come together…
In the City of Broken Dreamers

• Just copy the "game" folder in the game directory, next to the .exe file


• The new animations you copied have now priority over the native animations


• enjoy

• All animations have been interpolated to a framerate of 60 fps using deep learning processes


• In addition to a higher framerate, all animations have been re-encoded with optimized parameters that provide minor visuals enhancements such as : less compression artifacts due to VP9 encoding, less video noise and a relatively small file size

• Install apk.


• Grant storage permissions on first run!


• On first run you will get a prompt to copy the archive.rpa file to documents/Wills747/broken.dreamers/game folder.
  (game will quit now)


• Copy the archive.rpa file to the directory indicated in game.


• Restart the game.


• Keep in mind if your default install location is an actual SD card and slow speed this may slow the launch.


• Also, keep archive.rpa. I'll likely use it for future updates to minimise the apk size.

• Download unren and put it into your City of Broken Dreamers folder


• run unren and pick option 1)Extract RPA packages


• Download the mod and extract the folder "game" to your City of Broken Dreamers folder and merge the game folders and overwrite when prompted

• Dialogue that gives points highlighted


• cheat menu to edit points


• replay the party with everyone

1. Download the latest UnRen-<version number>.zip from this page and unzip to obtain the corresponding .bat file.


2. Copy UnRen-<version number>.bat to either the game's root directory (i.e., where the game's .exe is located) or its "game/" subdirectory


3. Double click on UnRen-<version number>.bat to execute


4. Select the option you require


5. Both RPA and RPYC files will be extracted/decompiled to the same path as the original files.

• Having non-ASCII characters in your folder path may cause issues
