Changed parts of the tilemap to make obstacles easier to use

Text on stage description now wraps incorrectly instead of being cut off
Fixed a bug where the pins weapon (now renamed to "Nezumi Pins") would be added as a new weapon to the inventory when picked up during the level up screen
Fixed the "Master Volume" slider in the settings menu not working, can now lower the master volume as a whole
