- Extract and run.
- Vaginal Sex: Cowgirl. You can now let her ride you. If she is particularly horny and ovulating, you might have to beat the pull-out timer twice (or just let it happen).

- Live Inseminations overhaul: live inseminations now exist each as separate entities, each with a 3-day lifespan inside of Imouto's vagina. Each insemination that is still alive contributes to her conception chance based on that insemination's age and Imouto's fertility. This is a more comprehensive approach than being a simple factor in a single equation result being rolled against. The chances/risks of her getting pregnant are practically the same as the original intent.
- Night time vaginal sex now has the same requirements as the Ryokan event in 0.50b (250 Trust & 200 Attraction).
- Imouto will now get more aroused during penetrative sex (wetter) up until orgasm is close. Just like with fingering, starting slow at first and going rougher once she's worked up is the best way. She will still need either oral or digital masturbation to push her over the edge (future updates will have her masturbate herself while you're thrusting).
- Contextual wake-up remark: Imouto may now plead for vaginal sex when she wakes up at night, if she's horny enough.
- Imouto may now strongly encourage you to ejaculate inside of her when she's ovulating and if she's aroused enough. Her remarks will speed up the pull-out timer.
- Imouto's Part-Time Job moved to Sunday to allow for the Ryokan visit.
- Fixed a UI issue where her Menstrual Cycle would be included in the SISTER app regardless of Oniichan type.
- Fixed small continuity error that made it possible to ejaculate raw while wearing a condom from one moment to the next.
- Added memory predictions to night time intercourse animations, pre-loading them into RAM just before the scene is entered. This should make loading the scene after choosing a sex position slightly longer but make the transitions between animations faster.
- You can now stop fingering her in the bathroom before she reaches orgasm.
- Small bug fix where her hygiene level would progress past 100%.
- Fixed grey screen frame when visiting Hanami after the first time.
